These pearls are beautiful and the value is extraordinary. I gave them to my wife for Valentines Day to go along with the necklace and earrings I got for her (from you) for Christmas. My only complaint is the clasp is really difficult to use and impossible for a person to do themselves. I didn't know what to expect when I bought them and now realize why you offer options on clasps. My advice is charge $5-$10 more and put a quality clasp on these pearl products that matches the beauty and quality of the product.
